Former President Goodluck Ebele Jonathan said ''I will speak on the $2.1bn arms deal scandal at the appropriate time'' 





Former President Goodluck Ebele Jonathan has said  that he will speak on the ongoing $2.1 billion arms deal scandal at the appropriate time. Goodluck Ebele Jonathan is currently in Geneva Switzerland, where he is holding a press conference and will also be hosted by a committee of diplomats.
